ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL:
The DREAM is to develop a self-contained campus. The campus will have extended wrap around services and programs for the highest-level "at-risk" youth, levels 9,12, & 14 ages 4 to 18 within the next five years. The campus will function as a holding center for foster care youth, until adoption, reunification or emancipation can occur.
The campus will provide the following components:
- Vocational Training
- Residential quarters
- Recreational auditorium
- Medical and counseling facilities
- Shelters for Gardening and animals
- On site schooling for level 14 youth
- Wraparound programs that will incorporate the development of proactive "life skills" as well as employment, residential and transportation opportunities for those reaching the age of eighteen.
