MISSION STATEMENT | BEHIND THE DREAM | NEED FOR A DREAM
ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL | LONG TERM GOALS | HOW DO WE MAKE IT HAPPEN?

ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL:

The DREAM is to develop a self-contained campus. The campus will have extended wrap around services and programs for the highest-level "at-risk" youth, levels 9,12, & 14 ages 4 to 18 within the next five years. The campus will function as a holding center for foster care youth, until adoption, reunification or emancipation can occur.

The campus will provide the following components:

  • Vocational Training
  • Residential quarters
  • Recreational auditorium
  • Medical and counseling facilities
  • Shelters for Gardening and animals
  • On site schooling for level 14 youth
  • Wraparound programs that will incorporate the development of proactive "life skills" as well as employment, residential and transportation opportunities for those reaching the age of eighteen.
