MISSION STATEMENT | BEHIND THE DREAM | NEED FOR A DREAM ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL | LONG TERM GOALS | HOW DO WE MAKE IT HAPPEN? ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL: The DREAM is to develop a self-contained campus. The campus will have extended wrap around services and programs for the highest-level "at-risk" youth, levels 9,12, & 14 ages 4 to 18 within the next five years. The campus will function as a holding center for foster care youth, until adoption, reunification or emancipation can occur. The campus will provide the following components: Vocational Training Residential quarters Recreational auditorium Medical and counseling facilities Shelters for Gardening and animals On site schooling for level 14 youth Wraparound programs that will incorporate the development of proactive "life skills" as well as employment, residential and transportation opportunities for those reaching the age of eighteen.
